Monthly Rate
a.    Master Room (queen size bed with aircon, daily cleaning, internet): S$2,000/month/2 persons. 3rd person S$10/night. Maximum 3 persons
b.    Common Room (queen size bed with aricon, daily cleaning, internet): S$1,600/month/2 persons. 3rd person S$10/night. Maximum 3 persons.

3.    Check-in and Check-out Time

4.    Mode of Payment
S$100 deposit for short-term rent.  The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
10% deposit for long-term rent (monthly).  The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
